Informal Presentation
TUCDD Enhancement classes have the opportunity each session to demonstrate the skills and knowledge they have learned throughout the 16 weeks in an Informal Presentation for family and friends. Understanding the desire to perform is inherit for all dancers; TUCDD allows a safe, communal environment for our young dancers to showcase their love of dance.
Dancing Higher Spring Showcase
Pre-Professional performance and repertory classes are offered throughout the fall and spring semester for those students who desire to work with a Master Artist in the craft of choreography. Choreographic pieces will be presented in the Dancing Higher Spring Showcase at Towson University’s Stephens Hall.
An Evening Debut
Presentation of compositional pieces choreographed by students enrolled in the composition I and II classes in the Studio Theater at the Center for the Arts.
TUCDD Youth Ensemble
Performances are scheduled throughout the year in order to provide unparalleled performance opportunities in the Baltimore, Washington area. TUCDD Youth Ensemble has performed at the Towson University’s Dance Department Wintry Mix and Inertia performances, Dancing Higher Spring Showcase, Towsontown Festival, and the Dance Place Youth Festival, among others.
