Welcome! We encourage you to get involved in your child’s dance experience with TUCD Children’s Dance Program. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to the growth of your children as they experience the art of dance. As we continually refine and improve our program, we invite you to participate in the process. Parents are welcome once a semester to join the Dance Department Chair, Dr. Susan Haigler, in an open discussion about the Children's Dance program. Learn about our mission and curriculum and give us your feedback about the program.

Dancing Higher Dance Field Trip
To further educate young dancers about dance performance and appreciation, TUCD Children's Dance participates once a semester in an off-campus field trip to the Kennedy Center. This trip gives students an opportunity to experience the thrill and inspiration of a live, professional dance performance. Volunteers are needed to help coordinate and chaperone field trips.
