As a dancer and educator, Ms. Webster has worked with companies such as Ground Zero, Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, Mason Rhynes Production, and CityDance Ensemble. Her extensive work in outreach and education led her to become Director of Education for CityDance Ensemble in 2005. She is responsible for the creation and development of CityDance Ensemble's Early Arts teacher training, and the growth of CityDance's outreach programs since 2003. Under Ms. Webster's active direction, CityDance's outreach program grew from six school partnerships to thirty-one, reaching over 25,000 children through in-school residencies, after-school programs and performances in four short years. Ms. Webster's extensive participation in the Montgomery County, MD and Washington, DC Public Schools led her to be named a Teaching Artist within the Arts and Humanities Council for Montgomery County, the D.C. Commission of Arts and Humanity, and the Washington Performing Arts Society. Ms. Webster has also served as a guest artist and choreographer for the Sandy Spring Friends School, Blake High School, and Montgomery College.
