Our voicemail is available 24 hours a day. Please speak slowly, and be sure to state and spell your child's first and last name, birth date and current classroom when leaving any message. We will make every attempt to return your call the same day.

If you call during the day and reach our voicemail, we are temporarily away from the front desk. You are welcome to leave a message and call back.

You are also welcome to leave a note for supervisors/Lead Teachers. Lead Teachers are available to you for consultation at mutually agreeable times.(There are two regularly scheduled conferences each semester, one at the beginning, one near the end. The exception to this is when your child/children first begins. We need about 6 weeks to get to know a little about your child. We would prefer to wait to speak with you initially until we know a little bit about your child as an individual, so we will wait about 6 weeks before approaching you to set up that first conference.)

Our staff meetings are typically held on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  All staff members are unavailable during this time. This specific day of the week may change, however, depending upon who is available and how much work needs to be accomplished at our meeting.  It is best to call to determine the staff meeting schedule on any given week.
