Federal Id Tax #: 52-600-2033 (You will also find this # at the bottom right of your bill.) Please Note: Tuition rates change for 40 week families and all new incoming families as of June 1, 2009. Rates change for our 52 week families as of the first week of our new contract which is typically the third week of August (August 24 in 2009). Forty week families also pay $200 for deposit for the summer (which comes off of their first payment, if they come, or it is lost to them if they don't come), the $50.00 registration charge and the $6.00 for insurance IF they want to pick up any time in the summer after their forty week contract has expired. ("Summer" typically runs from the first week of June through approximately, the third week of August. Time during the summer can only be picked up in weekly amounts, at an extra cost of $25.00 per week for 40 week families.) *We do,on occassion, enroll 5-year olds who missed the September 1st cut-off date for entry into Kindergarten in Maryland’s Public School Systems. (This will involve parental discussion with the Director and Lead Teacher, before acceptance.) We also accept children whose parents would like their child to have another year of PreSchool before entering Kindergarten. (We assess and continue to evaluate, on an individual basis, all children who are 5+ years of age.) University requirements for determining full time vs part time status

**Parking permits are required when dropping off/picking up children. All students, faculty and staff should already have a University parking permit. Alums and Community must purchase a Towson University parking permit for purposes of drop off/pick up.
***"Access/Entry "Swipe Card" will be required for entry after our system is finalized. Faculty & Staff families will already have this card, Alum and Community families will be given this card.(Card is free, but a replacement costs $15.00.) These cards are required to facilitate safe entry. Please see www.towson.edu/adminfinance/fiscalplanning/bursar/paymentinformation/paymentoptions.asp for an explanation of our Bursar Office's "payment options". All families are using a 6 (40 week families), or 8 (52 week families) payment schedule, unless they arrive beyond the beginning of the contract year, in which case the initial payments would need to be condensed to "catch up" with the schedule that all other families are following.
Payments Due and Application Due with $250 deposit date(s) for our '09/'10 year. Families enrolling or re-enrolling for our new year which will formally begin August 24, 2009 and end, depnding upon the length of contract you request, either late May '10 (40 week contract families) or late August '10 (52 week contract families) will have the following payment due dates: 40 week families; July 15, '09, August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15, and February 15, '10. (January 15 : Applications for following year w/$200 application fee are due.) March 20, applications for summer for our 40 week families w/$200 application fee are due (if they think they might want to pick up any extra time in the summer).. 52 week families; July 15, '09, August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15, February 15, '10. (January 15, '10. Applications for the following fall w/$200 deposit are due). Fifty two week families have their last two payments due on March 15, and April 30. Payment Due Dates and $250 deposit date(s) w/Application due for our '09/10 year. Families enrollling or re-enrolling for our new year which formally begins August 24. 2009, can anticipate the following payment dates: 40 week families: Our first payment of six for our next year which begins August 24, 2009 is June 15, 2009; (2nd) July 15, 2009; (3rd) August 15, 2009; (4th) September 15, 2009, (5th) October 15, 2009, (6th) November 15, 2009. (This is also the last payment for 40 week families.) The $200 deposit for the following year will also be due anywhere between June 1 and November 15 of 2009. Please be sure to label the $200 check separately, as being the deposit for Fall of 2010, and ask that a receipt be faxed to the Child Care Center (fax: 410-704-3771).
52 week families: The first payment of eight for next year which formally begins August 24, 2009 is June 15, 2009; (2nd) July 15, 2009; (3rd) August 15, 2009; (4th) September 15, 2009; (5th) October 15, 2009; (6th) November 15, 2009; (7th) February 15, 2010; (8th) March 15th, 2010. There are no payments due in December or January, although you may choose to pay your last two payments earlier, if you would like.The $200 deposit for the following year will also be due anywhere between June 1 and November 15 of 2009. Please be sure to label the $200 deposit check separately, as being the $200 deposit for Fall of 2010, and ask that a receipt be faxed to the Child Care Center (fax: 410-704-3771). Thank you. Yearly Tuition Increases: We, typically, are notified by early April regarding rate increases by the office of The Vice President of Finance, and then, subquently, will publish increases. Meanwhile, for planning purposes, you can assume that tuition rates will go no higher than a 4% increase.
