Program and
Initiaitve Signatures

Towson University's brand architecture strategy defines the relationship between Towson University and our many component parts, including colleges, schools, departments, offices and groups as well as programs, centers, institutes and academies.

A "program" signature may be used for all subsidiary departments and centers, institutes or academies whose primary focus is instruction, training or individual development.

An "initiative" signature may be used for centers, institutes, or academies whose primary focus is community or business development.

These signatures will only be used in select instances, such as on promotional items and certain signage. Please contact the Design Center if you need a signature created for your unit.
