Tammie King-Kelly serves as Coordinator of Student Success Programs in the Center for Student Diversity. She joined the Center for Student Diversity in September 2013 as the Coordinator of Student Success Programs. She encourages program participants, CEEP Award Recipients, and SAGE peer mentors to pursue academic goals, become engaged, and carefully plan for life after graduation. This may include graduate study, service-learning experiences, or employment. Tammie’s duties include advising students and student mentors, collaborating with campus partners, planning programs and services, coordinating the SAGE Pre-Orientation component, assessment, data collection and outcomes analysis.
A proud Towson University graduate, Tammie earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. She is certified in Leadership Training and has completed Civility Training workshops. Prior to returning to her alma mater, Tammie previously served as a College Conference and Event Planner and Student Activities Programmer at Baltimore City Community College.
Tammie enjoys spending time with family and is proud of her family’s history of spiritual and community service in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She is an avid roller-skater, and enjoys skiing and swimming.
