INTERNATIONAL STUDENT INSURANCE WAIVER APPLICATION

Completed waivers must be submitted online for the first semester in attendance and every Fall Semester thereafter by the waiver deadline.

The deadline for Student Health Insurance Waiver Applications* for fall term is September 15, 2009. No waiver applications will be accepted and no insurance refunds will be granted after September 15, 2009. Paper applications will not be accepted.

Waiver Instructions:

·         Go to www.aetnastudenthealth.com

·         Go to Student, Click Find Your School

·         Type Towson University

·         Search for Towson University

·         Once in the Towson University section, click on “Plans and Products Offered to You.” Then “Enroll/Waive

·         Click, “International Students waive the Student Insurance Plan”
