The Wellness Peer Educators work with each other, the Health Center's Health Educators, and the Counseling Center Staff to develop workshops and programs to promote wellness across campus. Students are encouraged to develop programs in areas in which they have particular interest and/or see a campus need. They will participate in and develop skills in needs assessment, program development and implementaion, and evaluation.
Some topic areas include but are not limited to:
Stress management
Nutrition
Sleep
Exercise
Time management
Tobacco use
Self-Confidence/Shyness
Depression

Stressbusters is a national training and outreach program that teaches students to be free resource advisors and backrub providers who continuously calm and connect thousands of students and staff with support services at events all over campus.
