Gynecological Exams, Problems and Infections

We offer general gynecologic services in a comfortable, private setting by female providers. Although the newest guidelines do not recommend an annual PAP smear before age 21, it is important for women of all ages to have an Annual Well Woman exam which includes a breast exam and routine screening, depending on risk factors and age. We evaluate and treat common gynecologic problems, vaginal infections, menstrual irregularities, urinary tract infections, screen for sexually transmitted diseases and HIV, perform pregnancy testing, counseling and referrals and dispense perscription birth control, including emergency contraception ("morning after pill").
