Step Two: Provide documentation of your disability that meets Towson University guidelines. Evaluations must be complete and up-to-date. Refer to the Documentation Guidelines online for the type of evaluation needed for the specific disability. If your documentation is insufficient, you will be given the opportunity to provide the needed information. DSS may also, as appropriate, give assistance in finding a qualified practitioner to conduct an evaluation.
Documentation may be submitted via fax (410-704-4247), mail (Disability Support Services, Towson University, 8000 York Road, Towson, MD 21252) or in person to the DSS office located in the Administration Building, Room 232.
All documentation is confidential and housed in the Disability Support Services office.
Step Three: Meet with a DSS Specialist for an intake appointment to discuss your disability and accommodations and services that may be needed. If you have not submitted your application and documentation ahead of time, bring them to review at the meeting.
