New York-based artist Chakaia Booker will discuss her crtically acclaimed work on Thursday, April 5, at 6:30 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Lecture Hall (room 2032). Booker is known for her expressive, abstract sculptures—often alluding to black culture and identity—crafted from recycled tires. Admission is free.
