TU’s partnership with the Baltimore City School System in the Cherry Hill Learning Zone Initiative received a $310,479 boost from Sen. Ben Cardin
and U.S. Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger on April 14 at
Dr. Carter G Woodson Elementary and Middle School in Baltimore. Joining President Caret were
sixth-grader Kirsten Hall and Salima Siler Marriott, deputy mayor, Baltimore City.
