One quick snip: President Caret and director Harriet Douthirt officially opened the TU Child Care Center on Monday with ceremonies that included a paper-chain cutting, dedication speeches, tours and songs. About 60 children are now enrolled in the center, which is located off Osler Drive on the TU campus.
