Spouses and dependents of TU faculty and staff, many who qualify for tuition remission on their first eight units of study, will benefit further from a cap on undergraduate tuition and fees for all units beyond the ninth unit when they enroll at TU this summer. [more]

"Some home prices [in the $500,000-plus market] got so over-speculated and overvalued, there's nothing but movement down for them. Below the $250 [thousand] mark, it's hard for prices to soften up too much more."

Graduates can stay on insurance until age 25

National reporter Bradley Olson interviewed TU seniors Jenny Haley and Allison Burns for a story on a Maryland law that went into effect this year, which guarantees students the right to stay on their parents' health insurance until they turn 25. Haley, 21, said without the law passed by the General Assembly last year, she probably would have been cut off next year.
