Newell Hall.

Scaffolding shrouds a campus landmark as work begins on the renovation of Richmond and Newell, TU's oldest residence halls. The $20.5 million project includes complete restoration of the buildings' exteriors as well as replacement of aging mechanical and electrical systems. The architect is Einhorn Yaffee Prescott; Henry Lewis is the general contractor. Richmond and Newell are scheduled to reopen in August 2012.
