Amy Schurr's article, "The Convenient Classroom," focused on the ways in which TU's digital media classrooms enhance students' educational experience. Tracy Miller, Academic Advising, has been elected first vice president of the Baltimore County League of Women Voters as well as to a position on the Maryland League of Women Voters’ board. In addition, she has been elected president of the Central Baltimore County Democratic Club.
Eleni Swengler, Design Center, was one of the co-chairs for the University and College Designers Association Reveal workshop held at TU on June 12. The event attracted approximately 60 attendees from area colleges and universities. On June 25 she presented
"D.I.Y. Design” to a graduate-level marketing class at the University of Maryland.
