J. Joseph Curran Jr., former Maryland attorrney general and TU's first Distinguished Scholar, delivered a lecture, "Public Policy Past and Present: Death Penalty, Domestic Violence, and Other Issues that Persist Through Time," on Sept. 29 in the Potomac Lounge. In his new role, Curran will provide guest lectures and forums on campus throughout the 2009-2010 academic year.
