Blogwatch: Bill Smith, Management
Last summer Bill Smith, associate professor of management, spent two weeks in Chile and Argentina as part of a Council on International Education Exchange (CIEE) faculty development seminar. The TU Foundation and the Office of the Provost sponsored his participation.
Smith's blog records his impressions of those countries while attending the seminar: Entries range from his thoughts about the most popular cars in Buenos Aires and Santiago to the grim tale of a man's imprisonment and torture in 1970s Chile ("Pedro's Story").
