Terry B. Ewell, Music, published an article, “In Search of the Borrowed Triplet Upbeat,” in issue 31/3 of The Double Reed, the journal of the International Double Reed Society.
Susan Haigler-Robles, Dance, has been invited to travel to Emory College in Atlanta to assist with its Dance Program Assessment, November 11-14.

Jerzy Mazur, History, presented a talk, "From Warsaw to Jerusalem: Polish Jews and the Creation of Israel," on November 6 in the Minnegan Room at Unitas Stadium. He is the Schusterman Fellow in Jewish History.

Sarah Haines, Biological Sciences, will serve as a TU Service Learning Faculty Fellow for the 2008-2009 academic year. The program is sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs. Fellows are expected to create a new service learning course or incorporate a significant service learning component into an existing course.
