University Union Expansion

A renovation and 85,000-square-foot addition transformed TU’s hub of student life. Completed in early 2023, the University Union has a new food market, movie theatre, expanded Career Center and double the space for student activities and organizations.

The StarTUp at the Armory is TU's vibrant center for business engagement and outreach. Combined with TU's office space at 401 Washington Street, it's the community's front door to Towson University.

Science Complex

Science Complex

TU's new home of scientific research and discovery opened in spring 2021. The Science Complex supports 21st century science instruction on campus, and makes classes more accessible to all students.

The former TU Marriott has been transformed into student housing known as The Residences at 10 West Burke Avenue. The building opened in August 2018 with 200 beds for students transferring into TU.
