Towson University students can access online journals, books and all library services here:
InfoTUtor One of our library's custom-made tools for students. Provides tutorials on how to organize research, use resources at Cook Library and use the web effectively.

Anytime access in Maryland:
Maryland AskUsNow!
is a 24/7 live online interactive service for the residents and students of
the state of Maryland. It uses the expertise of trained librarians from 26
Maryland partner libraries to provide answers to questions, research guidance,
and help navigating the Internet.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
Traditional students use ILL "to obtain books or journal articles not owned by the TU Cook Library." As of 1/7/06, online students can use this service for to receive some articles that are currently delivered to students in an electronic format.

The LearnOnline Web site is the student gateway to online learning at Towson University. It includes instructions for creating an account, enrolling in a course site and where to go for help.

Anti-Virus Software
Students can download anti-virus software free from OTS. You need to contact the Help Center to obtain a password before downloading the program. Find more information here:

Hybrid Students Only
Student Computing Services
Student Computing Services (SCS) is the unit of OTS that provides students with customized in-class workshops on technical topics, computer labs in Cook Library with special stations for collaborative work and specialized software, equipment lending, workshops on various technical topics and limited individualized training.
