A list of Colleges and Universities with Doctoral programs which graduate of higher than average number of minority and women may be a good target for the distribution of faculty opening notices. That list can be found at

Listservs: Please distribute to professional listservs as appropriate for discipline. Additionally, Dr. Gasparich can post on the NSF ADVANCE listserv which targets women in STEM disciplines (just send electronic version of the advertisement).
