| Biography: |
Dr. Flaherty completed graduate studies in finance at the Florida State University. Prior to graduate school, she worked professionally for JPMorgan, MBNA ,and as an economic consultant. Her teaching and research interests focus on international finance as well as market regulation, policy, and microstructure issues. She has published research in academic journals such as the Southern Economic Journal and the Chinese Economy Journal. When not working, she is playing with her husband, daughter, Aoife, and her dog, a pug named Ernie. |
