BRAC Personal Finance Online Resource

Welcome to the Maryland Financial Skills multimedia website! As part of a grant from Maryland Higher Education Commission BRAC Initiative, this online resource was developed to demonstrate how personal financial matters impact an individual’s ability to become employed or promoted within the Base Realignment and Closure, often referred to as BRAC.  Read more about the importance of this in a 7/14/10 Baltimore Sun article.
