Why study nonprofit leadership at Towson University?
Towson University has partnered with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance (NLA), through the Department of Family Studies and Community Development, to provide an innovative course of study in nonprofit management skills. The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance is a national nonprofit organization that partners with colleges, universities, and nonprofit entities in a collaborative effort to educate, prepare, and certify students to lead nonprofit organizations. Students who complete Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Certification go into the workforce already having the knowledge, skills and experience they need to be successful.

The Next Generation Nonprofit Leaders Program, a competitive internship scholarship/stipend program that provides $4,500 to selected Nonprofit Leadership Alliance students
