Family Studies Minor

The minor in family studies provides an opportunity for students who would like to study families along with their major focus of study. Knowledge about families and working with families has emerged as a critical area of concern for health, social service, and education professionals. Thus, this program is especially relevant for students studying in health professions, liberal arts and education.

Completion of 21 units of coursework is required to earn a minor in family studies.
