Everything you need to know about Grub Street.

Grub Street is...
Grub Street is Towson University's student-produced Literary & Arts magazine. We are funded by Towson University's Provost Office, the College of Liberal Arts, and the SGA. We are very grateful for their support and know that the magazine would not be possible without them. Each year we work to seek out the campus and community's most promising literary and visual art work to publish. In addition to making these pieces accessible to a large audience, it also allows us to provide great exposure to writers and artsists. The magazine is nationally recognized and has won many awards given by the Columbia Press Association.

Grub Street is a student organization that strives to continuously organize and promote literary events around the campus and surrounding areas. Please visit our events page for more information. We also benefit the community through participation in community service events. Members of Grub Street are constantly encouraging submissions to the magazine. In class, these students review submissions for publication and plan fundraisers.

Most importantly, Grub Street is a family. We are a group of students who possess a strong sense of committment to creating our publication and a welcoming organization. For many of our members, Grub Street is where they have been able to network with others who share the same interests. We hope that you choose to become involved with our magazine!
