Hal has performed locally in Chess as Anatoly, West Side Story as Tony, Camelot as Mordred and Annie Get Your Gun as Charlie. He recently completed a tour with the Kennedy Center of Alexandria where he played Anthony and, yes, a girl, Becky.

Hal has also worked with Signature Theater, and has performed in Dallas. He was cast in the Dallas Theater Center's production of South Pacific. Hal has a Bachelor's degree in Directing from Southern Methodist University.

Hal was born in Potomac, Maryland.
