Tim has worked professionally in theatre for over 10 years as a director, actor, sound designer and administrator. Tim has directed over 20 productions both regionally and nationally--most recently on Broadway. Tim has performed in over 45 different productions.

Recently, Tim was the assistant director with the Broadway play Squonk at the Helen Hayes Theater in New York. He made his debut as a playwright with An Exquisite Dream of Fire which he also directed at the Theater Project in Baltimore.

Tim is a member of Funkopolis, an ensemble dedicated to the establishment of original work. He co-directed and performed several different roles on stage in the inaugural production of Funkopolis, 3 Stories to the Ground. In addition, he directed the Funkopolis production of Audioplay Two: Safe, by Jakov Lind, for the Peculiar Works Big Art Festival in New York.

Tim's background is diverse: working with Maria Irene Fornes on her production of Mud at a Milwaukee, Wisconsin Theater; performing and helping to create an original piece with Daniel Stein, entitled Going Forward Backward; Tim also serves as a commissioner of the arts in Alexandria, Virginia.
