HOUSING ELIGIBILITY

Housing Eligibility for Fall 2013 – Spring 2014

1. New freshmen who started at TU living on-campus are guaranteed housing for four consecutive semesters. Accordingly, current Freshmen who reside in University Housing will be eligible to return to live on campus next year provided they return their housing contract and housing deposit by March 13, 2013.

2. All students who currently reside on-campus and have 90 or more credit hours (at the end of Fall Semester 2012) are not eligible for on-campus housing.

   NOTE::  Students identified in #2 who are not eligible to return to on-campus housing are eligible to apply to live in Millennium Hall.  Interested students can apply online at www.millenniumhall.com.

   
   
3. Students with between 60-89 credit hours (after Fall 2012) currently residing on-campus are eligible to return to university housing.  The $350 non-refundable housing deposit and signed housing contract must be submitted by March 13, 2013 and these students will need to live in either:
   
   Towson Run Apartments
   
   OR
   
   A Single Room in University Housing


4. Students living off-campus with 29 or fewer credit hours (at the end of Fall Semester 2012) may contract to move-on campus. Other current students (those with 30 or more credit hours) who reside off-campus are not eligible for on-campus housing.
