Towson Run Apartments is for upper-class students (including transfer students) who are eligible to live on-campus. This apartment community is a great way to be part of the on-campus community and enjoy benefits of apartment living. First-time freshmen are not eligible to live in Towson Run.
This complex offers 9-month housing and consists of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments, which house two students per bedroom (occupancy of 414 students). Each apartment includes the following:
Wall-to-wall carpet, curtains and AC/heating unit in each room.
Each bedroom is furnished with a bed (twin extra long), closet, desk and desk chair per student.
A large combination living-room/dining-room is furnished with sofas, chairs, coffee/end tables, entertainment center and dinette table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen which includes 4-burner stove with 2 shelved oven, refrigerator and microwave. Plan to bring pots/pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, small appliances,and other neccessities.
Amenities included in the room rate are utilities (including cable, internet, and electric heat/AC).

1-bedroom – 2 people, 1 full bath
2-bedroom – 4 people, 1 and a ¾ baths
4-bedroom – 8 people, 2 and a ½ baths
This complex also provides:
A large laundry room
Mailboxes in the lobby for each apartment
Towson Run is staffed by a Residence Life Coordinator and 6 Resident Assistants. This building is secured twenty-four hours a day with a card access system used by students to gain entry to the building and elevators, as well as a front desk that is staffed 24/7with either student workers or security guards.
