Freshmen admitted to the university and interested in living on-campus may go online starting
February 1, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. E.T. May 1, 2013, to apply for housing.
For University Housing you must complete the online process. This includes a paying a $350 non-refundable housing deposit* and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the housing contract. Once admitted to the university, you will need to activate your student email address in order to logon to the Online Housing Request page (see the 2013 Enrollment Contract for more details - It normally takes 1-2 business days, after email account activation, before you can logon). Once in the gateway, you will be required to pay the $350 non-refundable housing deposit, agree to the terms and conditions of the contract for the academic year 2013/2014, and request other housing options. After having completed the online process, a confirmation will be emailed to your Towson Email address confirming your housing for the 2013/2014 academic year. If you prefer to have a packet mailed to you, please call Housing & Residence Life at 410-704-2516, once you have been admitted.
*Please Note: Since Paca and Tubman Houses are not operated by the university, the non-refundable Housing Deposit paid to the University is not transferable to Capstone. Also, any monies paid to Capstone cannot be transferred to the University.
