Freshmen – Fall 2012


IMPORTANT HOUSING UPDATE: All University Housing is full for Freshmen.

Housing deposits are no longer being accepted at this time. If housing is available, spaces will be offered on a space available basis.  Have a credit card ready to pay the $350 non-refundable housing deposit at that time.

*Please Note: Since Paca and Tubman Houses are not operated by the university, the non-refundable Housing Deposit paid to the University is not transferable to Capstone. Also, any monies paid to Capstone cannot be transferred to the University.


Transfer Housing - Fall 2012


All University Housing for Transfer students has filled for Fall 2012.

If you were not able to pay the housing deposit, another on-campus housing option available to you is housing in Paca House or Tubman House (located on university property but managed by Capstone Properties). Interested students can go online to apply for housing at the following website:


Room Changes/Room Sign-up (May 7 - May 11)


Students interested in changing their room should go to the Housing & Residence Life office Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. Any students who did not sign-up for a room previously can sign-up in HRL during this time. Roommate requests must come together.


Are you currently living in on-campus housing and interested in living in a Residential Learning Community for the 2012-2013 academic year? Please consider filling out a Returning Resident Interest Form by March 7, 2012.

Gender Neutral housing for returning students will be located in Millennium Hall. Interested students can apply from February 20 – February 24, 2012 by visiting Millennium Hall and selecting Application/Forms, or if you have questions, call 410-704-6455. Do not pay deposit to live in university housing if your intention is to live in Gender Neutral Housing.

Students currently living in Paca or Tubman who have earned 29 or fewer credit hours as of the end of fall 2011, are eligible to live in University Housing for the 2012-2013 academic year. Interested students must call Housing & Residence Life at 410-704-2516 to be placed on an interest list. Students interested in living in Millennium Hall, Paca or Tubman Houses must contact Capstone Properties directly – For Millennium visit Millennium Hall or call 410-704-6455; For Paca & Tubman Houses visit www.pacatubman.com or call 410-704-7484.
