Important Announcement: Newell Hall will be open for the spring semester. If you are interested in moving to Newell for the spring semester, be sure to complete a room change form, indicate Newell as your building preference and return the completed form by November 20.

Priority for assignments will be considered in the following order:

  1. Students currently living in a temporary triple in the Glen who request to be detripled.
  2. Students who are requesting a one on one switch.
  3. Students requesting a building/room change.
  • The Spring Semester Relocation/Roommate Request form may be picked up at Community Centers or in the Housing & Residence Life (HRL) Office, and must be returned to the HRL Office (West Village Commons; Suite 309) no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 20. Room Change Requests will not be accepted after November 20 but may be resubmitted starting January 28, 2013. This form must be completed and submitted by Tuesday, November 20, 2012 to be considered for a single room. Singles are extremely limited and may not be available.

  • If you will have a vacancy in your room for the spring semester and you have a specific roommate request, you must complete a Spring Semester Relocation/Roommate Request form as roommate requests must be mutual.
