Mr. Ray was hired in 2006 to teach courses in information security and application security. He is currently working on his PhD in Information Systems with emphasis in security from Nova Southeastern University. He comes to Towson with a wealth of experience. He retired with over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force working in Information Assurance. He has served as Director and Chief Information Officer for both government and civilian agencies. Currently, he is the Information Security Officer for Towson University. Mr. Ray has taught online courses in Information Systems and security for over 10 years at many universities including Harrisburg Area Community College, Ellis College, University of Maryland University College. Mr. Ray will teach IHSM 620 Information System Security and IHSM 622 Applications Software Security.
