The next issue of the HSTCC newsletter will be published in mid-October, 2008. We are looking for your contributions in three areas:
(1) We would like to include a column of "best moments" from this summer's meeting in Honolulu. They should be short (40 words or less), serious or funny, about the conference, lunch times during the conference or our dinner outing.
(2) We are initiating a new column "Member News" which should be limited to professional news items (25 works or less) exclusive of publications or conference presentations. News items could include tenure/promotion, honors recieved, etc.
(3) "Members Publications" which can include recent publications or conference papers. Please submit any entries in Chicago Manual of Sytle footnote format. Do not submit the papers you presented at the HSTCC conference as they were already posted on the website.
In the Subject line write : October HSTCC Newsletter.
