The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Studies

The Minor

The minor in LGBT Studies provides an interdisciplinary, academic approach to understanding issues related to LGBT individuals and communities.  For students, this interdisciplinary program complements majors in the health professions, liberal arts, and education. In addition, the LGBT program responds to the political and economic demand in the workforce for diversity training.
