Cynthia Knight is the Policy and Operations Manager for the Division of Innovation and Applied Research. In this role she serves as the Human Resources liaison, providing oversight and guidance for all activities related to Human Resources. Cindy, as she likes to be called, develops and administers procedures for internal controls related to the Division, and she identifies and investigates all divisional Human Resources issues facilitating resolutions in conjunction with the Office of Human Resources (OHR). She reports directly to the Vice President.
Cynthia Knight comes to Towson University with over eighteen years of dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources experience. She prides herself in finding viable solutions to difficult situations. Currently, she is completing graduate work at the University of Maryland University College. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a B.A. in English Arts and Humanities.
