Lusine Baghdasarian joined the Office of Administration and Finance within the Division of Innovation and Applied Research in March of 2011. As a budget analyst, her role includes managing time allocations, accounts payables, and accounts receivables. Prior to joining the division full time Lusine worked as an administration and finance student intern for two years. She graduated from Towson University in 2012 with a B.S. in Accounting. Born in Armenia, Lusine moved to Maryland in 1997. Lusine is passionate about community service and hopes to pursue a masters degree in Accounting with the ultimate goal of becoming a CPA in the future.
