RESI's Business Analysis and Management group was asked to refine DoITs processes for proposal development to provide all state entities with a standard format.

Documented best practices for agencies to use when writing Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFP) and Request For Proposals (RFP) such as how to write a good quality “Minimum Qualifications” and “Requirements” sections.
Wrote Standard Operating Procedures for the oversight of major Information Technology Development Projects as it relates to the SDLC process.
Organized and clarified important information and processes used by DoIT into easily readable format.
