Biography

Paul Rudenko, GIS Programmer IV, joined CGIS in 2008. He conceptualizes, plans, writes, and tests complex GIS applications and serves as technical lead for application development projects. His core programming strengths include C# .NET, Flex, ASP.NET, and web programming. He is proficient with integrating Esri toolsets into projects and with leveraging Esri's Flex API and Javascript API. His projects include the OSPREY viewer for the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, the Maryland Broadband Map developed for the Maryland Broadband Mapping Initiative, the Seychelles Island Habitat Mapper developed for the Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation, the Airport Engineering Information System for the Maryland Aviation Administration, and the TU in the Community project for Towson University. Mr. Rudenko earned an MS in Applied Information Technology at Towson University and a BS in Information Systems at University of Maryland.
