Biography

William Bryan Brick (Bryan), GIS Programmer, joined CGIS in 2012. His work encompasses GIS programming and data processing tasks. His past projects include the OSPREY (Operational System to Prepare for and Respond to any Emergency) application for the Maryland Emergency Management Agency and the TIGERS (Transit Integrated Geospatial Environmental Reporting System) application for the Maryland Transit Authority. Prior to joining CGIS, he worked in the architecture, oil and gas, and biomedical industries, as well as the Texas public schools system. He has developed cancer therapy treatment optimization tools, reporting solutions, geophysical data visualizations, and public-access web applications. His software proficiency includes MS SQL Server, C#, JavaScript (including JQuery, Leaflet, Backbone, D3, and Underscore), HTML5, and CSS. Mr. Brick earned a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Mathematics at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
