William Bryan Brick (Bryan), GIS Programmer III, joined CGIS in 2012. His work encompasses GIS programming and data processing tasks. His current projects include the OSPREY (Operational System to Prepare for and Respond to any Emergency) application for the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, and development of several data processing tools. Prior to joining CGIS, he worked in the architecture, oil and gas, and biomedical industries, as well as the Texas public schools system. He has developed cancer therapy treatment optimization tools, reporting solutions, geophysical data visualizations, and public-access web applications. His software proficiency includes Java, MS SQL Server, C#, ASP, C++, Javascript/HTML/CSS. Mr. Brick earned a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Mathematics at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
