Pat has worked as an Operations Support Specialist since 1997. When Pat first started, she worked on the DHR project. She read their tapes and ran monthly reports. For several years, Pat was in charge of all facility responsibilities for TerraceDale. Pat manages the OITS Help Desk and help tickets for both internal employees and external clients.
Prior to coming to OITS, Pat worked for nearly 20 years in the bank mortgage business. She performed the daily cash flow making her responsible for transferring millions of dollars on a daily basis. She also booked all mortgage settlements to the general ledger.
