Bob has worked for OITS since 2006 as a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst. He has worked with various agencies to improve their business processes, enabling the agencies to provide products or services to the public in a more efficient and timely manner. He has worked with the Information Technology staff in developing web sites and system interfaces to legacy and newer technologies, and has led customers through the project life cycle from proposal writing through deployment. His most recent project included being the project manager for Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) SOP's project, which included leading dozens of interviews on-site at the various MDTA facilities to capture process details and converting interview notes into SOPS.
Bob has nearly 30 years of experience in business analysis, system design and development, and implementation and maintenance of financial systems. He has managed high profile projects for both private industry and the Federal Government; his clients include Wachovia Bank, US Bank, AT&T, Wells Fargo, and Regional Acceptance Corporation. Most recently Bob has managed projects for several Maryland State Agencies, including the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation, and the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration.
Bob graduated from Delaware State College with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business Administration.
