Biography

Matt has been with OITS since 2009. He has worked with a variety of clients including the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, SDAT, and Maryland iMap.

With over 10 years of IT knowledge, Matt has extensive experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle and delivers best of breed IT solutions to clients. Matt has brought a wealth of knowledge to the DECO Data Center with obtaining industry certifications such as MCSE, A+, Network +. In his capacity as System Engineer, Matt has served on several projects, including MDiMAP and IBM Websphere. Recently, Matt has played a major role in the virtualization of the DECO Data Center and building Microsoft Sharepoint Farms.

Matt's day-to-day activities include maintaining Windows IIS servers, VMWare ESX 5 Administration and implementing Information Security Policies. Matt will graduate with a Master's Degree in Applied Information Technology in December 2013.
