Dawn Bott has been with RESI since 1997. While she is currently on Business Analysis and Management team, over her tenure she has worked in almost all areas of the organization. She is both business analyst and project manager on a variety of projects. Most recently Dawn has been the Project Lead for the Maryland State Retirement Database Review, the Office of the People's Council Case Tracking System Development and the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development's mobile website. She has experience with RFP creation and was a team member for the Maryland Department of Environment Water Permitting System RFP, which included conducting interviews and JAD sessions. Dawn was previously the project manager for the development and maintenance of the Maryland Vehicle Administration's infoMVA documentation project. She has also worked with several other State agencies and is currently documenting the Maryland State Department of Education's Early Childhood Enrollment and Attendance Reporting System.
Throughout her job experience, Dawn has demonstrated a strong ability to create and implement complex projects and strategic initiatives. Her strong written and oral communication skills are evident in the variety of projects, both internal and external, on which she has worked or managed. Between her tenure at BAaM and her previous employment Dawn has over 20 years' experience with technical writing and business analysis.
Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Towson University and has also completed work toward a Masters degree. Currently a contributor to the TU Outreach Blog, she was also member of the Towson's Carnegie Community Engagement Task Force and held the office of Corresponding Secretary for the Sacred Heart Home School Association.
