Lisa Walker has been with the Towson University Division of Innovation and Applied Research since 1999. She is a Senior Business Analyst on the Information Technology Services team. Lisa has been involved in a number of projects involving project planning and management, system and process documentation, requirements analysis, system testing and reengineering of business processes for many State agencies, including Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA), Department of Human Resources (DHR), Department of Public Safety and Corrections (DPSCS) Maryland Correctional Enterprises (MCE), Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and the Department of Information Technology (DoIT).
Lisa has extensive experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, data quality assurance, technical writing and software testing and integration. She has over 20 years of experience working in these capacities with various State agencies.
Lisa has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University and has taken graduate level courses in Applied Information Technology.
