IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Summer Break Closing

If you are leaving and not returning for the fall semester to this building then you will need to return your keys or you will be charged.  Only those students who are returning for the fall semester to this building or taking a summer class are allowed to stay/extend their stay.  If you are not taking a summer class or returning to this building for the fall semester, YOU MUST LEAVE BY TUESDAY MAY 23, 2006 AT 8 PM!!  If your flight is leaving at a later date, please make arrangements to stay with a friend or in a hotel, but you are not permitted to stay here.  If you are leaving permanently and the desk is closed you will have to turn your keys into the after hour key drop box.  It is located to the right of the Community Center desk in the blue door. Please fill out an envelope completely and drop your keys in the slot.  

For those of you who are staying the entire summer, you are not required to turn in any of your keys.   If you are traveling during the summer you must turn in your keys before you leave and pick them up when you get back.  You must check out at the front desk during normal hours to turn in your keys.  If you are here during summer you will be charged $125 a week starting on May 29. If you stay the entire time (May 23 – August 18) you will be charged for 12 weeks a total of $1,500.  For those in a single room you will be charged $150 a week for 12 weeks, a total of $1,800.  Please check out our website for additional detailed information that will answer most of your questions
