The Community Center is your resource center should you have any questions or concerns. It is also a point to check in when you enter the building to help ensure security in the building.
Common Area
Each floor has a common area that is used for students to meet and relax outside of their room. The common area contains tables, sofa and comfortable chairs. Programs are typically done in this area throughout the building every week making the common area a great place to meet people.
Kitchen
Each floor has a kitchen equipped with an oven, grill, large refrigerator and freeze. Any student is free to use the kitchen but they are required to buy their own utensils (plates, knifes, forks etc). The kitchens are particularly useful for international students as they allow the students to cook food from their country and the kitchens are often used during cultural events to prepare food.
Bedroom
Each bedroom contains 2 beds with desks and closets. In addition each room has microwave and small refrigerator with free telephone, cable and internet access. Students are encouraged to decorate their rooms with posters and photos but are not allowed to make any markings on the wall.
Bathroom
Each Quad (one quad contains 5 bedrooms) of bedrooms has one communal bathroom with 2 showers and toilets. This is for use by the persons in the quad only.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is located in the basement of the Residence Tower. Students can wash and dry their clothes by paying quarters or by using their university one card.
