In order to complete your application process, you must print, complete and return the required documents below with the appropriate fees to:

1. Enrollment Contract (REQUIRED by
June 1 for On-campus housing or August 1 if no housing is
required)
2. Housing Applications (REQUIRED
by June 1 only if living on campus)
3. Health Immunization Forms (REQUIRED
by August 28)
4. Credit Card Authorization Form
As soon as we receive your Enrollment Contract and fee, we will confirm your arrival and orientation dates. You will be assigned a preliminary class schedule. Changes, if any, you would like to make can be done during the New Student Orientation program.
